Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a warm salad with beef, bell pepper and vegetables? The recipe is very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Start cooking with dressing. You can supplement or replace the dressing with other ingredients to taste. For example, replace grainy mustard with regular mustard. I used olive oil, but any vegetable oil will do.

Step 2

Step 2
Mix olive oil, honey, mustard and ground pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. The oil should combine well with the honey.

Step 3

Step 3
Now prepare the rest of the ingredients. Beef needs no bones, just pulp. You can replace or add vegetables to your liking. You can replace the red onion with regular onion or shallot.

Step 4

Step 4
First, pickle the onions. To do this, cut the red onion into half rings.

Step 5

Step 5
Mix vinegar with sugar and leave until the crystals dissolve. You can use any vinegar: regular table vinegar 9%, apple vinegar or wine vinegar. I have apple cider vinegar.

Step 6

Step 6
Pour the marinade over the red onions and set aside while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. Drain off the vinegar before adding the onions to the salad (step 12).

Step 7

Step 7
Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry and cut in half. You can also use regular tomatoes, they need to be cut into slices.

Step 8

Step 8
Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into strips. To make the salad bright, it is better to use peppers of different colors. I have yellow and orange.

Step 9

Step 9
Wash the greens and chop finely. Instead of parsley, you can use any herbs you like. At the very end I sprinkled the salad with green basil leaves. You can take a ready-made mixture of lettuce leaves.

Step 10

Step 10
Beef should be done last to ensure the salad is warm. Wash the piece of beef and dry it. Grease the beef on all sides with vegetable oil and fry in a dry frying pan over high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on the desired degree of doneness. Transfer the fried meat to a cutting board and cut into strips.

Step 11

Step 11
In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and pickled onions. Add warm beef and chopped herbs.

Step 12

Step 12
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss quickly.

Step 13

Step 13
Serve the salad immediately while the beef is warm. Bon appetit!
