Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients to prepare a salad with egg pancakes and smoked sausage. Remove the eggs from the refrigerator in advance to allow them to come to room temperature. Wash the vegetables first and dry them.

Step 2

Step 2
First, fry the pancakes. In a suitable deep container, beat one egg with a pinch of salt until smooth. You can do this simply with a fork. You can beat all the eggs at once and pour them 1/3 at a time into the pan. But there is a possibility that the pancakes may turn out to be of different thicknesses.

Step 3

Step 3
Add 1 tsp to the egg. vegetable oil, stir. The butter will give the pancakes a special softness.

Step 4

Step 4
It is better to take a frying pan with a non-stick coating. Pancakes come off very well from such a frying pan. Choose the diameter of the pan so that the pancakes are not too thin, but not too thick. My frying pan diameter is 18 cm. Heat the frying pan, pour in the egg mixture. Rotate the pan in a circular motion to distribute the egg evenly across the bottom. Fry the pancake over moderate heat for about 1 minute.

Step 5

Step 5
When the egg is noticeably baked and the edges begin to brown, lift the pancake and turn it over to the other side.

Step 6

Step 6
Fry the pancake on the other side until golden brown, remove from the pan. Fry 2 more pancakes in the same way.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the finished pancakes on a plate and let them cool well.

Step 8

Step 8
Cut the sausage into thin strips. This is the traditional cutting form for this salad, so cut all ingredients this way.

Step 9

Step 9
Cut the fresh cucumber into strips in the same way.

Step 10

Step 10
Remove the seeds and green parts from the pepper and cut into strips.

Step 11

Step 11
Roll each pancake and cut crosswise into strips.

Step 12

Step 12
Wash the dill, dry it, chop finely.

Step 13

Step 13
To mix salad ingredients, take a deep, spacious container so that it is convenient to mix. Combine prepared sausage, pepper, cucumber, dill and egg pancakes. Add mayonnaise, add a little salt if desired and mix well.

Step 14

Step 14
The salad is ready and can be served. Bon appetit!
