Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Tomatoes 3 pc
Olive oil 50 ml
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
bell pepper (yellow pepper) 1 pc
cucumbers (fresh cucumbers) 2 pc
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Grainy mustard 1 tsp
Lettuce leaves (Salad mix — iceberg, frisee, radicchio, arugula.) 200 g
Shallot 1 pc

Recipe instructions

Letʼs prepare the salad dressing: mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice and mustard beans, add a pinch of salt. Place the salad mixture in a transparent salad bowl and pour some of the dressing over it.

Peel the fresh cucumbers, cut them into halves, and add them to the salad bowl.

Remove the seeds and stems from the yellow pepper. Cut into strips. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Also add to the salad.

Now cut the shallots into feathers. Pour in the remaining dressing and mix gently.
