How to make a simple but tasty Delight salad with chicken and Korean carrots? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Instead of chicken fillet, you can use drumstick meat. You can replace champignons with other mushrooms, for example, chanterelles or porcini.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry and boil in salted boiling water until tender, about 20 minutes. Remove the finished fillet from the broth, cool and cut into small cubes. Instead of boiling, you can bake the chicken in foil in the oven or fry in vegetable oil.

Wash the champignons, dry and cut into small slices.
