Delicious, satisfying with a pleasant, spicy, spicy note! There are many recipes for salad with sausage. Each of them is sometimes completely different from each other and consists of completely different ingredients; they are united by the presence of sausage — boiled, smoked or half-smoked, like mine.

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Letʼs prepare the ingredients according to the list. This salad is distinguished by its simplicity and availability of ingredients. If desired and to taste, the composition of the ingredients can be changed, increased or decreased. Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins; they will make the salad more satisfying.

Step 2

Step 2
Cool the potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes.

Step 3

Step 3
For this salad you can use ham, semi-smoked, smoked sausage. Similarly, cut the sausage into small cubes or strips.

Step 4

Step 4
It is better to use red onions for this salad, peel them and cut them into halves of rings. It is better to marinate onions in apple or wine vinegar to make the salad more palatable. It is enough to soak the onion in vinegar for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes. Instead of regular pickled cucumbers, you can use gherkins. In addition to cucumbers, you can use olives or black olives; they will add a lot of spice to the salad.

Step 6

Step 6
Place all the ingredients in a deep salad bowl. Add the onions, along with the remaining vinegar in which they were pickled, to the rest of the ingredients. Pour in soy sauce, olive oil, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. If you don’t like the taste of soy sauce, you can replace it with mustard, which will give you a different, but equally piquant taste. Stir, let the salad soak a little and serve. Bon appetit!
