Cottage cheese 120 g
Eggs 2 pc
Dill 10 g
Ground black pepper to taste

How to make tartlets with sprats? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. You can replace cottage cheese with any other; processed, regular Russian type, etc. If you use regular cheese, it is better to add mayonnaise to the filling. If the tartlets are medium-sized, then we will need 8-10 pieces. If the tartlets are small, then this amount of filling will be enough for 20-24 tartlets.

Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Then grate on a coarse grater. How to hard boil eggs? Place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change.

Remove the sprats from the jar and shake off the oil. The number of sprats should be equal to the number of tartlets. If you still have sprats left, you can chop them and add them to the filling.

Wash the dill, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, parsley, cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.
