Basic:

Garlic 6 clove
Salt (without top) 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Nutmeg 0.5 tsp
Eggs 2 pc
Sour cream 250 g
Bulb onions 3 pc
Pork 300 g
Beef heart 500 g
Pork liver 500 g
Guts (pork) 150 g
Lung (pork lung) 600 g

Cut the heart lengthwise into four parts and cover with cold water. Cut the lungs and liver into pieces, add cold water and boil for 15 minutes, remove and cool.

Next, rinse the heart from the blood and cook together with the pork for 45 minutes, cool.
