As an option, you can make the filling from mashed potatoes with cheese, mushrooms and rice, vegetables with crab sticks.

Salt to taste
Rice 3 tbsp
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Greenery to taste
Squid carcass 600 g

How to make stuffed squid in a slow cooker? Finely chop the onion. Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Select the "Frying" mode. Fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Then add grated carrots. Fry for another 5 minutes.

Boil the rice. Combine it with fried onions and carrots. Chop the greens.

Salt and add sour cream. Stir. The filling is ready.

Place the filling into the pre-cleaned squids. Secure the edges with a toothpick. A little advice for those who think that cleaning squid is a difficult process. It can be greatly simplified. Pour boiling water over the squid carcasses, then cool with cold water. After such a “contrast shower” the top film comes off easily.
