Salt 1.5 tsp
Milk 200 ml
Chicken breasts 500 g
Chicken eggs (Only protein.) 2 pc

In a blender or meat grinder, bring the breast, milk, salt and garlic to a homogeneous mass.

Choose the largest pan. Place the resulting mass on cling film and roll it into a sausage shape (the length should not exceed the diameter of the pan). It is better to wrap it in several layers, tying the edges so that the mass does not leak out.
