Ingredients (12 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Salt 0.5 tsp
Khmeli-suneli 0.5 tsp
Basil 0.5 tsp
Ground red pepper 10 g
Salo 500 g
Allspice 1 pc

We take lard and measure out the spices. Grind the spices in a mortar until they become powder.

Cut off the skin and cut into pieces.

We pass it through a meat grinder (take a bowl such that it is convenient to mix), sprinkle the lard with spices, and mix very well. Add salt, pepper, garlic to your taste.
