Basic:

Salt (into minced meat) 0.5 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper (into minced meat) to taste
Wheat flour 150 g
Milk 250 ml
Eggs 3 pc
Sour cream 100 g
Green onions 30 g
Bulb onions (average) 1 pc
Minced meat (any minced meat or mixture thereof) 250 g
Dill 20 g
Soda 0.3 tsp
Processed cheese (creamy) 210 g
Herbal mixture (Provençal herbs — in cream) to taste

Cut the onion into medium cubes.

Fry until light golden.

Add the minced meat and fry until cooked, carefully breaking up any lumps. If water is released during frying, wait until it evaporates completely. Add salt and pepper during the process.

Finely chop the green onions.

Break three eggs into a bowl, add sugar, sour cream, and whisk until smooth.

Mix flour with soda.

Quickly combine with egg mixture.

Add minced meat and onion to the dough, mix.

Place the dough into the mold. The silicone one can only be greased with oil; it is advisable to sprinkle the metal one with flour or breadcrumbs. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

For the cream, grate the cheese curds on a coarse grater.

Bring milk to a boil, add cheese.
