For dough:

Wheat flour 7 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Chicken eggs 3 pc
Zucchini 500 g
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Green onions 25 g
Greenery 20 g
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste

For filling:

Carrot 1 pc
Mushrooms pc
Processed cheese 300 g
Sour cream 5 tbsp
Garlic 5 clove
Dry spices to taste

Preparing ingredients for a zucchini snack cake. I cut the mushrooms into small cubes. I grated the carrots on a coarse grater. Fried carrots with mushrooms in vegetable oil.

I finely chop the green onions with a knife.

I also chop all the greens.

In a separate bowl, mix eggs and milk and beat with a whisk. Add sugar, pepper and salt and mix. Add chopped greens and mix again.

I add vegetable oil. Add flour and baking powder in portions. I mix everything until smooth.

Peeled the zucchini and grated it on a coarse grater. Mixed zucchini with dough.

I pour oil into the frying pan and heat it up. I pour in a portion of the dough using a ladle. Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Transfer the finished cakes to different plates to cool.

While the cakes are cooling, I prepare the filling for the cake. I grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater and set aside some of the cheese to decorate the cake. To the grated cheese I add fried carrots with mushrooms, garlic pressed through a press, salt, and black pepper. I mix everything.

Using a spoon, pour sour cream in portions and stir in the filling.

I put the zucchini crust on the dish and the filling on it. I distribute it evenly over the entire surface.

I do this with all the cakes. I decorate the top layer with the remaining grated processed cheese.
