Basic:

Salt 1 tsp
Water 300 ml
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Dry spices to taste
Vinegar 30 ml
Eggplant 3 pc

Cut the eggplants into 1 cm thick slices.

Cut the onion into rings, add to the eggplants, add salt and pepper, and mix.

Mix water with vinegar and oil. Pour this water over the eggplants, mix with your hands, and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Place the eggplants on the grill grate installed on the grill.
