Garlic 2 clove
Salt 0.5 tbsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Ready mustard 0.5 tsp
Pig ears (2 pieces) 400 g

Pig ears need to be thoroughly rinsed, cleaned and soaked in water for several hours, then peeled and rinsed thoroughly again.

Let the pork ears cook over medium heat, with the lid closed, for one hour, adding salt.
