Zucchini and Ham Stuffed Beef Rolls

These rolls can be made from any meat. In this recipe I wanted to combine zucchini and ham with my favorite beef. It seemed to me that such a filling would provide juiciness to the rolls and I was not mistaken. In addition to ham, you can use any raw-smoked or cooked-smoked cut.
