Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Salt 2 g
Ground black pepper 3 g
Pork (I have pork tenderloin, you can use any meat, chicken or turkey. If the meat is tough, beat it first) 500 g
Mayonnaise 200 g
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Ground red pepper 1 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake pork over coals in foil? Prepare your food. Cut the pork tenderloin into steaks about 1-1.5 cm thick. For the marinade, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, pressed garlic, salt, ground black and red pepper. You can add your favorite seasonings. Pour it over the meat and mix it thoroughly with your hands so that all the pieces are covered with the marinade.

Step 2

Step 2
Leave the meat in the marinade for 1 hour. In the meantime, prepare the grill and light the coals in it. Place the marinated meat, each steak separately, on a piece of foil (a size of 30 by 30 cm will be sufficient).

Step 3

Step 3
Cover it with the other side of the foil and twist the edges so that there is a space inside between the meat and the top side of the foil.

Step 4

Step 4
Place the foil rolls of meat on the coals in the grill. Bake the meat in foil for about 40 minutes. Of course, during this time you need to check the condition of the meat; maybe it will be ready earlier if the pieces are small in size. During baking, the meat must be turned several times so that it does not burn from the bottom from the coal.

Step 5

Step 5
Remove the foil-wrapped meat from the coals onto a plate to check for doneness.

Step 6

Step 6
Check doneness with a knife by making a cut in the center of the steak. A piece of meat should release clear juice. If red juice or blood leaks out, it means the meat needs to be baked some more. Remove the finished meat from the coals and let it rest for about 5 minutes in foil.

Step 7

Step 7
The meat is ready. Serve it with fresh vegetables, herbs and bread. Bon appetit!
