Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pumpkin with carrots? Very simple and fast! Prepare all the necessary products that are indicated in the recipe. You can add your favorite seasonings to all of the listed components to give a special twist and taste to the finished dish. I only used soy sauce and ground pepper.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the carrots, onions and garlic, then rinse and dry. Remove the soft center with seeds from the pumpkin and cut off the hard skin.

Step 3

Step 3
Chop the onion as finely as possible. Chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a press. Cut the carrots and pumpkin into large cubes.

Step 4

Step 4
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Send the carrots to fry. Stirring, cook for about 2-3 minutes. How to choose a frying pan and oil for frying, read articles on these topics. There are links at the end of this recipe.

Step 5

Step 5
Add pumpkin to carrots. Stirring everything again, fry over high heat for about 2-3 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
Next comes the turn of onions and garlic. Add them to all the ingredients in the pan. Fry everything together until the onion is soft.

Step 7

Step 7
Pour in soy sauce, reduce the flame slightly and leave on the stove for 2-3 minutes. Try one of the carrot or pumpkin sticks. If the vegetables become soft, remove the pan from the heat. If the carrots or pumpkin crunch, then cover the frying pan with a lid and leave it this way until all the ingredients are completely cooked.

Step 8

Step 8
Sprinkle the finished dish with ground black pepper and finely chopped herbs. Parsley, dill or young onions are perfect for greens.

Step 9

Step 9
Serve pumpkin with carrots, onions and garlic hot or cold as a separate dish or as a side dish for meat, chicken and cutlets.
