Tomatoes 150 g

Ground black pepper to taste
Water 2 tbsp
Zucchini 300 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Dill (2 branches) 10 g
Herbal mixture (Provencal herbs) g

How to make zucchini with tomatoes and garlic in a frying pan? Prepare your ingredients. You can use any zucchini, but preferably young ones with tender skin. If you have older zucchini, peel and discard the hard seeds. Choose tomatoes that are fleshy and juicy. Vegetable oil — any, choose a set of spices to suit your taste. Wash and dry vegetables and herbs.

Wash the zucchini, dry and cut into medium cubes. I first cut the zucchini into circles about 1 cm thick. And then I cut each circle into 3 parts.

Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. Instead of fresh tomatoes, you can use canned ones in their own juice. But then the dish will turn out more juicy, with gravy.
