Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil (unrefined) 2 tbsp
Young zucchini 1 pc
Red wine vinegar 1 tsp

How to make marinated slices from instant zucchini? Prepare your food. Take the youngest zucchini, small in size, so that it has the thinnest skin and practically no seeds. If you have the opportunity, then prepare an appetizer from zucchini of different colors — it will turn out not only tasty, but also beautiful. You can use honey instead of sugar.

Prepare the marinade immediately. To do this, pour vegetable oil into the bowl. Choose aromatic, unrefined oils — sunflower, olive, sesame, pumpkin. With such oils the snack will be more flavorful. Add red wine vinegar. Or any other — rice, apple, table. Peel and squeeze a clove of garlic there. Add sugar and squeeze lemon juice.
