Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Eggs 2 pc
Any cheese (cheese sticks) 250 g
Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil 250 ml
Parmesan (grated) 40 g

Remove the wrapper from the cheese sticks.

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Pour breadcrumbs into a separate bowl and mix them with grated Parmesan. Place flour in a third bowl.

Dredge each stick in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, then roll thoroughly in a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Repeat the same thing a second time. Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Place the pan in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the cheese sticks until golden brown. Place the finished sticks on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. All is ready!
