Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground coriander 0.25 tsp
Butter 20 g
Water 30 ml
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Zucchini 500 g
Dill (3 branches) 15 g
Turmeric 0.25 tsp
Ground pepper mixture 0.25 tsp

How to stew zucchini in a frying pan? Prepare your ingredients. Young, medium-sized zucchini (regular or zucchini) with soft seeds will turn out tastiest with this recipe. To make the dish even more beautiful and colorful, you can use three types of zucchini of different colors at once: yellow, zucchini and regular with pale green skin. Choose the composition of spices according to your taste, as well as herbs. Take sour cream of any fat content, you can replace it with 20% cream.

Wash the zucchini thoroughly and dry. If the zucchini is small in diameter, then cut it into circles no more than 2 cm thick. If the zucchini is large, then additionally cut the circles into halves or quarters.

Heat the butter in a deep frying pan over low heat. Add coriander and turmeric. Stir. When heated, the seasonings will release more of their aroma and taste.

Place the zucchini in the pan. Toss them with melted butter and spices.

Pour in water. Add salt and pepper, stir.

Simmer the zucchini over low heat, covered, for about 20 minutes.

Then add sour cream and stir. Simmer the zucchini with sour cream for about 8 minutes.

Wash the dill, dry and finely chop.
