Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make fruit smoothie in a blender? Prepare your food. Instead of kefir, yogurt, whey, natural yogurt, as well as cowʼs or plant milk are also suitable as a dairy component. With cowʼs milk, there is a chance that it will curdle due to the acidity of the berries or fruits; I most often take kefir. You can take absolutely any fruit to suit your taste. I have kiwi, peaches and frozen berries.

Step 2

Step 2
Banana acts as a sweetener and thickener in smoothies. It is best used with any combination of fruits. Choose ripe and aromatic fruits — they will give the smoothie a special taste. Wash the bananas, as their skins are very dirty. Peel them and cut into slices.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash all the fruits you use thoroughly, preferably with soda under running water. Then dry them with paper towels. Halve the peaches, remove the pits and cut into large pieces.

Step 4

Step 4
Cut the kiwi in half and scoop out the pulp; it’s very convenient to do this with a teaspoon. Cut the pulp into pieces as well. Rinse the berries, both fresh and frozen, under water and place in a sieve to drain excess liquid. You donʼt have to defrost frozen berries.

Step 5

Step 5
Smoothies are prepared in a stationary blender, or use a submersible one. Pour kefir or other milk drink into the bowl. Add banana slices. Add berries or pieces of fruit.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the lid on the bowl and turn on the blender. You donʼt need to beat the smoothie for long until the ingredients are combined. This usually takes less than a minute. You can even deliberately leave some of the fruit in pieces. I first made a blueberry smoothie.

Step 7

Step 7
Then with raspberries.

Step 8

Step 8
With peach.

Step 9

Step 9
And with kiwi. You can cook with all the berries together at once, you will get an interesting taste, or you can choose different combinations of them. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. If the smoothie sits for a while, it may change color and taste. Bon appetit!
