A good healthy dinner option for big and small. In this dish, as they say, every calorie has its place. Here you will find dietary protein from fish, vitamins, and healthy fiber. And the dry cod itself turns out tender and juicy due to the addition of cream to the minced meat.

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make minced fish in the oven? The fish must first be defrosted. I even had to lightly squeeze out the excess moisture. For this dish I chose filleted cod. But, despite this, the pieces of fish still contained bones of different sizes. It is necessary to get rid of them.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the fish into thin strips and then into small cubes. This is necessary to be absolutely sure that the fillet has become completely boneless.

Step 3

Step 3
Pass the cod through a meat grinder. I suggest doing this twice. Use a large hole nozzle first. And the second time — with the smallest ones. The minced meat will end up light and airy.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour the cream into the bowl with the fish. They can be either warm or fresh from the refrigerator. This is not important. Peel the washed raw carrots and grate them on a fine grater. Add carrots to the minced meat. Beat in one egg. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Step 5
Grease a baking dish with a small amount of sunflower oil. And distribute the minced fish evenly over the pan. I advise you not to level the minced meat to perfection. Let there be slight negligence. Then, during heat treatment, the casserole will brown beautifully. Bake minced fish for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
