Ingredients (1 portion)

Basic:

Water (You may need less or more, depending on the size of the fruit and desired consistency. It is good to take melted, spring or filtered water.) 100 ml
Parsley (Leaves from 4 branches, you can take more if desired.) 10 g
Pears 1 pc
Kiwi 2 pc

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Prepare food. Wash fruits and herbs well and dry on a towel.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the kiwi, just remove the hard parts of the core, tail and top from the pear. Cut the fruit into medium pieces. Take only tender leaves from parsley.

Step 3

Step 3
Place everything in a tall blender bowl and pulse into the puree. It turns out to be a rather thick mass.

Step 4

Step 4
Add water to desired consistency, mix well. I take melt water at about 10ʼ. It is not difficult to prepare such water: pour already settled, clean tap water into a clean plastic container, leaving about 4 cm below the neck. Place the bottle in the freezer until the water freezes completely. Then remove and let thaw at room temperature. The structure of melt water will be restored and it will become much more useful.

Step 5

Step 5
Pour the finished smoothie into a suitable glass and enjoy the drink through a wide straw.
