Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Before you start eating seafood, let’s put a pot of water (the amount according to the instructions) to boil and prepare the required amount of pasta.

Step 2

Step 2
Letʼs take the seafood out of the freezer; in our case it was a seafood cocktail that had a little bit of everything. Let it defrost, but naturally, not in water. It is advisable that the pasta is already defrosted before cooking.

Step 3

Step 3
Has the water boiled? Salt it, add a little olive oil, salt it according to the instructions and season it, if you have it, with Italian herbs or other spices, and add the pasta there.

Step 4

Step 4
At the same time, place a frying pan on the second burner. Pour oil into it and set the fire to low. In the meantime, letʼs cut the leeks into our favorite format.

Step 5

Step 5
Chop the bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 6

Step 6
We trim the zucchini in exactly the same way.

Step 7

Step 7
As soon as the oil heats up, add seafood, onions with peppers, and chopped garlic into it. Fry, remembering to turn over. This will take about 10 minutes, no more.

Step 8

Step 8
At the same time, grate Parmesan cheese on a fine grater.

Step 9

Step 9
Drain the water from the finished pasta, add the contents of the pan and cheese. We do everything quickly, stirring. Drop a little olive oil right here and stir.
