Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Onion 2 pc
Garlic 4 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil (for frying) 2 tbsp
Pork 600 g
Champignon 400 g

Prepare the ingredients. Set the multicooker to “Fry” mode for half an hour.

Cut the meat into pieces with sides about 3 cm.

Fry the meat.

Chop the onion, add to the meat, fry.

Add tomato paste and mix thoroughly so that the meat absorbs the paste.

Add the champignons and fry for another 10 minutes.

Peel the garlic and chop it.

Fill the meat with mushrooms with water, add pepper, garlic, salt, and set the multicooker to “Stew” mode for another 40 minutes.
