Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste
Sour cream (Yogurt) 250 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Chicken bouillon (water, vegetable or other broth) 100 ml
Chicken stomachs 500 g
Frozen Italian Blend (Chinese mixture) 400 g

Recipe instructions

Slice the turkey gizzards as desired

Fry lightly in a hot frying pan with oil. let all the liquid evaporate

add the slightly thawed mixture in advance. simmer for a few minutes until all the water from the mixture has evaporated

add broth or water. Cover with a lid and simmer until the stomachs reach the desired stiffness. (here as you like) simmer over medium or low heat

then add sour cream and simmer for a few more minutes (5-7 minutes)

turn off the gas and let cool
