Pan-Fried Juicy Lamb Recipe

Recipe for juicy and flavorful lamb fried in a frying pan. This is a simple and uncomplicated recipe that is known to all lovers of fried lamb. The younger the lamb, the faster the dish will cook. You can fry the lamb in its own fat, cut from the meat, or directly lay out the fatty side of the meat pieces down. You can cut off the fat and fry it in vegetable oil. Spices that go well with lamb include thyme (thyme), mint, and a mixture of peppers. You can serve lamb fried in a frying pan either separately or with a side dish. Any greenery is always appropriate.

Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Bulb onions 1 pc
Ground red pepper to taste
Mutton 500 g
Thyme, thyme to taste

To prepare the dish, take a piece of lamb with pulp, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
