Zucchini Crust Pizza with Semolina and Creamy Sauce
An excellent choice for those who are watching their weight! Light, tender and at the same time very satisfying zucchini pizza. Due to the fact that the dough is based on zucchini, it is considered dietary. In this recipe, mayonnaise was used for the pizza sauce, but if you want to make it a more dietary product, you can use sour cream. yogurt or create your own sauce. For the filling, you can also use any products to your taste. Any minced meat or mushrooms are perfect; you can add canned corn and other products at your discretion. The only drawback of this dish is that the finished pizza must be carefully removed from the pan; it is better to immediately cut into pieces and place on plates.
