Oven-Baked Juicy Pork Neck in Mineral Water Marinade

Easy to prepare, turns out tender and juicy! Oven-baked meat has a special rich taste. When baking, it opens the pores and absorbs all the aromas of the spices. The neck prepared according to this recipe turns out to be very juicy and soft thanks to the layers of fat and the efforts of the cook, who is not lazy to pour the marinade over the meat :)

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Salt 2 dessert spoon
Table vinegar (9%) 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Pork (neck) 800 g
Dry spices (kebab seasoning, or others to your taste.) 2 tsp
Mineral water (carbonated) 0.5 l

The ingredients are quite simple.

Chop the garlic. You can use a garlic press.

We wash the meat well, remove films, and trim off excess fat. Rub with salt, spices, garlic.

Place the meat in a container for marinating and pour in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Then pour in carbonated mineral water so that it covers the meat.

And finally add 1 tbsp. vinegar 9%. Vinegar can be replaced with the juice of half a lemon. Leave the meat to marinate in the cold for 6 hours.

Place the meat in a greased baking dish and pour a quarter of the marinade into it. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for an hour. Every 10-15 minutes we take out the meat and pour the marinade over it.

Remove the finished meat from the oven and leave for 10 minutes so that the juices are distributed inside the meat. If you rush and cut the meat right away, the juice will leak out and the meat will turn out a little dry. The wonderful neck is ready. Can be served with salads, side dishes or used for sandwiches.
