Ingredients (10 portions)

Ground meat:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Milk 100 ml
Bulb onions 2 pc
Chicken eggs 2 pc
White bread 6 g
Minced pork beef 1 kg

Filling:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Parsley 0.5 g
bell pepper 1 pc
Dill 0.5 g
Chicken eggs 5 pc

Sauce:

Garlic to taste
Hard cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
Ketchup 6 g

Prepare minced meat as for cutlets. Grind the meat together with onion, garlic (to taste), and bread soaked in milk. Salt and pepper the minced meat, beat in the eggs and mix. Beat the minced meat thoroughly. We take a handful of minced meat and throw it on the table, we are not afraid of anything. We continue to beat. The longer it takes, the fluffier and softer our meat cakes will be. For egg rolls, beat the eggs with a mixer, add finely chopped bell pepper, herbs, salt and pepper.

Bake small egg pancakes. Roll them into rolls and cut into three parts.

Make flatbreads from minced meat and place an egg roll from a pancake on each one and form zrazy.

Roll the zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden brown. Place them on a baking sheet. Prepare the sauce: Mix mayonnaise with ketchup and finely grated garlic. Grease the zrazy with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until done. Bon appetit!
