Salt to taste
Bulb onions (large) 1 pc
Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) 1 tsp
Pork 1 kg
Paprika 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 80 g
Khmeli-suneli 1 tsp

How to bake pork with mayonnaise in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. Suitable for cooking is ham, tenderloin or fillet.

Wash the meat and dry it. Clean the meat from excess fat and possible veins. Cut the meat into small pieces into a large bowl.

Peel the garlic and wash it. Grind the garlic on a fine grater. You can chop the garlic finely or pass it through a press.

Salt the meat, add chopped garlic, suneli hops and paprika.

Mix everything well. If time permits, you can leave the meat for half an hour so that it is saturated with spices.
