Garlic 8 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Rice (round grain) 150 g
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 2 pc
Vegetable oil (or olive) 3 tbsp
bell pepper 1 pc
Meat broth (or boiled water) 300 ml
Mutton 500 g

How to make lamb with rice? To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is better to take fresh meat, not frozen, so that the resulting meat is juicy and not dry.

Rinse the lamb well under cold water and cut into large pieces. Mix flour with salt and pepper and coat meat in it.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the lamb until golden brown on all sides over medium heat.
