Basic:

Tomatoes 7 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs 4 pc
Sour cream 150 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Zucchini 1.2 kg
Bulb onions 3 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Minced meat 400 g

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt, and squeeze out the juice.

Fry the onion in a frying pan, add minced meat, salt and pepper, add tomato paste.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Beat eggs with sour cream, salt.
