Garlic 3 clove
Tomatoes 2 pc
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Hard cheese 100 g
Pork 800 g
Champignon 5 pc
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Grainy mustard 2 tbsp

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Place garlic in a bowl for marinating meat, add soy sauce, oil, and mustard to it.

Add lemon juice to the marinade.

Stir the marinade until smooth.

Cut the meat (a rectangular piece is especially good here) along its entire length, leaving 5-10 mm uncut at the bottom.

Dip the meat thoroughly into the marinade and leave to marinate.

Cut the cheese, tomatoes and mushrooms into slices.

Place marinated meat on foil.

Mushrooms are an optional ingredient. They can also be fried before baking; for example, I like it this way. Wrap the prepared pork well in foil and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour.
