Read the recipe for how to properly cook pork entrecote. To prepare entrecote, you can use meat on the bone or intercostal tenderloin. The main thing is that it is fresh, not defrosted. This product will be even juicier and more tender.

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pork entrecote in the oven? Prepare your ingredients. We will need: pork pulp on the bone or without it, preferably with streaks of fat; liquid honey; vegetable oil; ground black pepper and salt.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the pork into portions about 1 cm thick. I already had slices of pork on the bone, cut into portions.

Step 3

Step 3
Rub the resulting pieces of meat with salt and pepper on all sides. Generously brush the entrecotes with vegetable oil and liquid honey.

Step 4

Step 4
Place pork on a foil-lined baking sheet or baking dish. It is better to take 2 layers of foil so that the fat released from the meat does not stain the baking sheet.

Step 5

Step 5
Cover the top of the meat with foil and carefully wrap the edges.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the meat in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes. Then remove the top layer of foil. Brush the entrecotes with honey again. Return pork to oven for 5 minutes. Remove the entrecotes from the oven, cover again with foil and let rest for 8-10 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Serve entrecotes with hot boiled potatoes, or with rice, pasta, or buckwheat. Bon appetit!
