Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Sunflower oil 4 tbsp
Fillet of beef 600 g

How to make steak and egg from minced beef? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press. You can also chop the garlic with a knife or grate it.

Wash the beef and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into thin slices. Cut each slice into thin strips.

Cut the strips of meat crosswise into small cubes.

Chop the resulting cubes as finely as possible.

Add garlic, salt and spices to the meat. Knead the minced meat well with your hands. You can beat the meat on the table.

Using greased palms, form the minced meat into 2 large round patties.
