How to make macaroni and cheese casserole in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any minced meat for this dish (chicken, beef, pork or mixed) depending on your taste preferences. You can take the minced meat ready-made from the store, or make it yourself. When preparing homemade minced meat, you should not add bread or other additives to it; minced meat is needed exclusively from meat, since it will already be supplemented with flour ingredients.

Boil pasta in salted water until half cooked. Follow the instructions on the package.

Peel and wash the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a medium grater or chop using a food processor. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the onions and carrots in the pan and fry them until the onions are translucent and the carrots are soft.
