For meat:

Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
Pork fillet 300 g

For garnish:

Tomatoes 2 pc

Sour cream 3 tbsp
Green onions 20 g
bell pepper 1 pc
Greenery 10 g
cucumbers 2 pc
Radish 2 pc

Letʼs prepare the ingredients for the dish according to the list. You can use any meat according to taste and availability; let’s focus on pork, although it is fatty, after baking it turns out very tasty, juicy and satisfying. Sometimes you can afford such a dish. We wash a piece of meat and cut it into steaks about 2 centimeters thick. We wash the meat and dry it with paper towels.

Rub the meat with spices to taste; you can limit yourself to just salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of paprika for taste.

Place the meat on a piece of foil greased with olive oil, secure the edges of the foil so that there is space on top under the foil. Place the meat in foil in a baking dish and place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.

After the specified time, take out the form with the meat, open the foil, put the meat in the oven for another 5-10 minutes for light browning, if desired. While the meat is baking, prepare a side dish in the form of a salad of fresh vegetables and boiled pasta.
