Fast, appetizing, tasty, great for dinner! Turkey medallions in their finished form are practically no different in taste from chicken. But this meat has fewer calories. The dish does not take long to prepare, but the result is simply excellent. If necessary, the marinating time can be reduced.

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Garlic (can be adjusted to taste) 3 clove
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Honey (can be adjusted to taste) 1 tbsp
Turkey (medallions) 600 g
Soy sauce 50 ml

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake turkey medallions? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. To prepare, you will need liquid honey; if you have candied honey, first melt it in a water bath and cool. Meat with this amount of honey turns out quite sweet. If you do not like the very sweet taste of meat, then the amount of honey can be reduced. I use olive oil, but you can also use sunflower oil.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse turkey medallions under running water and pat dry.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Or chop on a fine grater or with a knife. If you do not like the strong garlic taste, then the amount of garlic can be reduced.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour soy sauce into a deep bowl, add liquid honey, olive oil, pressed garlic and ground pepper. Mix the marinade thoroughly. If you wish, you can add your other favorite spices.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the medallions into the marinade and mix well. Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours. If necessary, you can reduce the marinating time to 30 minutes. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees in advance.

Step 6

Step 6
After a while, take a baking dish and place the medallions in it. A separate article at the link at the end of the recipe will help you choose a baking dish.

Step 7

Step 7
Top the turkey pieces with the sauce in which they were marinated.

Step 8

Step 8
Bake the medallions in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 30 minutes. Then remove the pan from the oven, turn the medallions over and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown. The times are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven. Read more about this in the article about ovens, link at the end of the recipe.

Step 9

Step 9
Serve turkey medallions with any side dish — rice, buckwheat, potatoes or fresh vegetable salad. Bon appetit!
