Basic:

Spaghetti 400 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Meatballs:

Salt to taste
Ground beef 300 g
Hard cheese 50 g
White bread 20 g
Eggs 1 pc
Garlic 1 clove
Parsley 25 g
Ground black pepper to taste
Onion 1 pc

Sauce:

Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Garlic 2 clove
Ground black pepper to taste
Tomatoes 500 g
Basil 10 g
Nutmeg 0.25 tsp

Peel the garlic and finely chop it with a knife.

Add chopped tomatoes to the garlic. Stir.

Add basil sprigs to the sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the sauce for about 20 minutes over low heat.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the meatballs. Take any minced meat. I have lean minced beef. If you wish, you can use your favorite spices.
