Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make nests with minced meat in the oven with mushrooms? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be taken from any type of meat. It can be pork, chicken, beef or combined minced meat. I will cook with pork. It is best to prepare the minced meat yourself, but if this is not possible, you can buy ready-made ones.

Step 2

Step 2
Mix minced meat with egg, salt and spices until smooth. Beat the meat mixture a little on the bottom of the bowl to make the minced meat denser. Thanks to this, the nests will not fall apart during baking.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop.

Step 4

Step 4
Rinse the mushrooms well in running water, dry and chop not very finely.

Step 5

Step 5
Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add chopped onion. Fry it for a minute until translucent. Then add the mushrooms to the pan. Mix everything and fry everything together for another 5-7 minutes. During this time, all the moisture will evaporate, and the mushrooms will decrease in size.

Step 6

Step 6
Finely chop the pickled cucumbers or grate them on a coarse grater. Combine fried mushrooms and cucumbers. Add cream cheese. You can add a little salt, but keep in mind that the cucumbers are salty. Mix everything.

Step 7

Step 7
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Form small balls from the minced meat and make a depression in them.

Step 8

Step 8
Place the prepared filling in each meat nest. The more filling you can fit, the tastier it will be. Place the meat nests in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

Step 9

Step 9
The finished nests will begin to brown slightly. The meat will release its juices and become partially cooked. Remove the finished dish from the oven, arrange on plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!
