Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Water 300 ml
Milk 300 ml
Eggs 2 pc
Hard cheese 150 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Minced meat 500 g
Pasta 300 g

Prepare all ingredients. It is better to take hard pasta; milk can be of any fat content.

Add salt to the eggs and whisk with a whisk or fork. Add water and milk and shake again, set aside the finished filling for a while.

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Take a glass or ceramic heat-resistant form, preferably with a lid.

Grease the bottom of the mold with vegetable oil and pour in all the pasta. Form meatballs from the prepared minced meat and place them in random order on top of the pasta. Pour the filling over everything and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cover the top with a lid; if there is no lid, you can cover the pan with foil. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. After time has passed, remove the lid and bake the pasta with meatballs for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
