Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pizza with champignons? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take premium or first grade flour. You can replace olive oil with another vegetable oil, although I do not recommend doing this.

Step 2

Step 2
Sift the flour through a fine sieve and mix with dry yeast.

Step 3

Step 3
Dissolve salt in warm water.

Step 4

Step 4
Make a well in the flour and add olive oil.

Step 5

Step 5
Pour salted water into the flour.

Step 6

Step 6
Stir the flour mixture first with a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands. Keep in mind that you may need a little more or less flour than I did.

Step 7

Step 7
Knead the dough until smooth. It turns out soft and pliable. Cover the dough with a towel to prevent it from airing, leave it for 30 minutes.

Step 8

Step 8
Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for the filling. You can replace champignons with any other edible mushrooms, fresh or pickled. Take any hard or semi-hard cheese. You can use smoked or boiled sausage, or replace it with ham.

Step 9

Step 9
Wash the champignons, dry them, cut into thin slices.

Step 10

Step 10
Also slice the sausage thinly.

Step 11

Step 11
Grate the cheese on a coarse or fine grater.

Step 12

Step 12
After half an hour the dough has risen a little.

Step 13

Step 13
Punch down the dough, roll it into a round layer 0.4-0.5 cm thick. Make the edges a little thicker or form small sides. It is convenient to roll out the dough directly on oiled parchment so that when transferring the dough you do not disturb the shape of the round layer. Brush the dough with tomato sauce.

Step 14

Step 14
Sprinkle the herbs de Provence evenly over the pizza base.

Step 15

Step 15
Place about half of the grated cheese on it.

Step 16

Step 16
Then arrange the sausage slices.

Step 17

Step 17
Distribute the chopped mushrooms.

Step 18

Step 18
Top the pizza with the remaining cheese.

Step 19

Step 19
Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 200-210 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Determine the exact time and temperature based on your oven. Bon appetit!
