Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Apples 2 pc
Water (boiling water) 1 cup
Honey (Liquid) 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 50 g
Ready mustard 100 g
Pork fillet (Carbolate) 500 g
Dry marjoram to taste

Recipe instructions

Cut the meat into slices 1 cm thick and beat, covering with cling film.

Spread each piece with mustard and leave to marinate for 2 hours.

Fry the meat in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Remove the meat from the pan.

Remove the core from the apples and cut into slices 0.5 cm thick. Fry the rings on both sides in the same oil where the meat was fried. Remove the apples.

Salt and pepper the meat and sprinkle with marjoram. Place in a frying pan.

Place an apple ring on each piece of meat. Pour one teaspoon of honey on top.

Pour a glass of boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes. The dish is ready.
