Basic:

Salt to taste
Wheat flour 100 g
Eggs 2 pc
Green onions 100 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 100 ml
Sauerkraut 70 g
Crucian caviar (You can use any other river fish) 500 g

From fish roe, which is healthy in itself, you can prepare a very tasty dish — caviar, or cutlets. But you will learn how to fry fish roe cutlets from this recipe. Gently wash the caviar under a gentle stream of cold water to prevent it from falling apart. Clean it of films. To do this, rub the caviar through a sieve.

Transfer the caviar to a large, deep bowl.

Peel the onions, chop coarsely and place in a blender bowl along with sauerkraut. Grind everything well to a paste.
