Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Semolina 3 tbsp
Pork liver 400 g

Rinse the pork liver, dry it, remove all films and ducts. Cut the liver into small pieces.

Pass the pork liver through a meat grinder or grind in a blender. I used a blender.

Add egg, semolina, ground pepper and salt to the minced meat.
