Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Beet 500 g
Vegetable oil (for frying) 1 tbsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Semolina (with a slide) 2 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Boil the beets, grate them on a coarse grater, squeeze out the juice

Add semolina, egg and salt

for weight watchers (like me))) put it in a slow cooker without greasing it with vegetable oil. Set it to toast for 10 minutes, then turn it over and set it for another 10 minutes.
