Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste
Butter (for frying) 1 tsp
Eggs 1 pc
Bulb onions (medium size) 1 pc
Dill 10 g
Squid carcass 400 g
Rice flour 1 tbsp

We clean the squid carcasses from any poop and cut them into small pieces for a meat grinder

Peel the onion and cut into small pieces

put onion and squid in a meat grinder or blender

grind everything into mince

add the egg and chopped dill. donʼt forget about salt and pepper

add flour, mix everything and get a gray slurry :) let it stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that all the ingredients become friends with each other

Heat a frying pan with oil and spoon out the cutlets. I tried to shape them with my hands and roll them in flour, but nothing worked... so I took it and started pouring the minced meat with a spoon

I say right away! Thereʼs a lot of water in squid! so you need a little oil. I scooped out the excess liquid with a spoon. otherwise they are boiled, not fried!

Fry for exactly 3 minutes on each side! no more, otherwise there will be rubber. We end up with some tasty treats :)
