Basic:

Salt 1 tsp
Eggs 2 pc
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Dill to taste
Chicken fillet 500 g
Semolina 3 tbsp
Ground pepper mixture 0.5 tsp

How to make Albanian chicken cutlets? Measure out the ingredients you need. You can use sour cream of any fat content to suit your taste. Vegetable oil — any, but refined. If necessary, defrost the chicken fillet in advance, remove all excess, wash and dry. Wash raw eggs and fresh dill and dry with napkins.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Finely chop the washed and dried dill.

Add raw eggs to the chopped chicken fillet.

Mix the chicken mixture well.

Add sour cream, chopped herbs and spices to the meat. Stir until smooth. You can use any spices to suit your taste.
